The history of industrial bread baking in Odessa is one of the oldest in Ukraine. Odesa pastries have always been famous for their individuality, special unique taste, and unusual shapes. It was there that Obedniy bread, Pereyaslavskyi bread, and Ukrainian bagel, which has no direct analogue to this day, were invented and launched into production, and TM "Odesskyi korovai" was known throughout Ukraine and beyond.
